在瑜伽練習中,運用牆繩,能提升身體的靈活性,讓緊縮的關節,能隨着地心吸力的牽引而得到舒展。建議有空中瑜伽初班經驗者為佳。 This class is specialized on Wall Rope System which ropes and other props are used to enhance the body’s flexibility and extension. Required that student have experience of Fly Yoga.
