空中瑜珈主要借助高掛的布帶懸吊身體,透過布帶承托起身體,減輕負重,讓學員以輕柔的方式,挑戰低空至中空的瑜伽動作,且借助地心引力,達到身體的深層伸展,促使精神放鬆。不但改善睡眠質素,更能放鬆脊椎及舒緩痛症。 With the use of a hammock, aerial yoga lets you practice yoga poses with anti-gravity effect and less stress in the spines and joints. Aerial yoga will probably improve your sleeping quality, relax your spine and relieve discomfort.
