彈弓吊索健身以彈弓吊索承托人體重量,再於空中做出重複的動作。因為有彈弓的輔助,關節比平時承受較少嘅重力,故學員較容易練習若干動作,訓練身體各部分。 During the training of Bungee fitness, you will strap up bungees to add resistance to running or side-shuffling. These bungees are designed to make some moves easier and others harder.
